From our extensive experience in establishing, managing, and evaluating funding programmes, ranging from nationwide multi-million-pound schemes to small internal seed funds, we have developed a Grant Scheme Evaluation Package. This package of resources and workshops supports grant holders to develop an effective evaluation plan for their funded projects and to report on the outcomes that result. This has many benefits, including enabling grant teams to gather data and evidence from the funded projects that, in turn, contributes significantly to understanding whether the scheme is meeting its objectives, in addition to capturing project successes, challenges and lessons learnt.
